What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute a strategic outreach plan that consistently generates high-quality referrals
- Build lasting relationships with hospitals, rehab centers, physician offices, senior centers, and case managers
- Represent our agency at networking events, health fairs, and community functions
- Track outreach efforts, referrals, and metrics in our CRM
- Collaborate with internal care teams to ensure seamless, compassionate client experiences
- Meet and exceed referral and growth goals — your success fuels our mission
What Makes You a Standout
- Proven experience in healthcare sales, outreach, business development, or community relations
- Track record of meeting or exceeding referral or sales targets
- Excellent communicator and presenter
- Self-starter with strong follow-through and accountability
- Valid Texas driver’s license and clean driving record
- Comfortable traveling throughout NE Dallas and surrounding communities
