We are hiring experienced Lead Caregivers, CNAs, Personal Care Assistants (PCAs), and Home Health Aides (HHAs) for a dynamic role that combines hands-on caregiving with leadership and office support responsibilities. Your Role
As a Lead Caregiver, you will balance client care with leadership and support responsibilities by:
- Providing high-quality, one-on-one care to clients as needed
- Supporting caregiver scheduling and shift coverage
- Assisting with onboarding and training of new caregivers
- Serving as a point of contact for caregivers in the field
- Answering calls and assisting with day-to-day office coordination
- Helping maintain quality and consistency across client care
- Leading by example through professionalism and strong work ethic
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Lead Caregiver, Caregiver, CNA, Certified Nursing Assistant, Certified Nurse Aide, HHA, or PCA
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Demonstrated leadership ability and strong communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in both field and office settings
- Flexible availability, including on-call, nights, and weekends
- Compassionate, dependable, and highly professional
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass a background check
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Bilingual skills are a plus
