Caring Senior Service

Location: Cape Coral & North Fort Myers, FL
Pay: $16$18 per hour
Job Type: Part-Time | Flexible Shifts

At Caring Senior Service, we're looking for experienced Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Home Health Aides (HHAs) who believe quality care is about more than completing tasks.

We're building a team of dependable, compassionate professionals who enjoy connecting with seniors and helping them live safely and comfortably in their own homes.

Every client is unique, and your care makes their day better.

• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
• Support safe walking, mobility, and transfers.
• Prepare meals and encourage healthy routines.
• Provide companionship and meaningful activities.
• Provide medication reminders per care plans.
• Assist with laundry, light housekeeping, and errands.
• Accompany seniors to appointments and outings.
• Support individuals with Alzheimer's disease or dementia.
• Document care activities and communicate updates to clients.

All qualifications below are REQUIRED:

• CNA/HHA: Valid Florida CNA certification OR HHA certificate with at least 75 hours of training.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of professional caregiving experience.
• Level 2 Background Screening: Must have ALREADY PASSED Florida Level 2 screening with current, verifiable clearance. Pending screenings are not accepted.
• CPR: Current CPR certification.
• English: Must speak, read, and understand English effectively.
• Transportation: Reliable transportation to clients' homes.
• A professional, dependable, and compassionate attitude.

Bilingual skills are a plus! Spanish or other languages are welcome but not required.

• $16$18/hour: Competitive pay based on experience.

Assignments are based on client needs, location, qualifications, and availability.
