Care Coordinator Assistant

Salary: $22,000–$25,000 annually

Position Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily office operations and administrative tasks
• Answer phones and provide excellent customer service
• Assist with scheduling, recruiting, and client communication
• Support the Care Manager and Business Development team
• Provide personal care, companionship, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and transportation for clients
• Maintain accurate documentation and professionalism

Office Hours:
Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

On-Call Requirement:
This position requires participating in a rotating weekend on-call schedule to support our clients and caregivers outside of normal business hours.
