We are looking for a Nursing Assistant to join our team and provide quality care to our residents in a nursing home setting. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing assistance with daily activities, helping with meals, and providing emotional support. Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care as assigned by the nursing staff.
- Assist in the implementation of nursing care plans.
- Provide emotional support to patients and their families.
- Observe and report changes in patient's condition to the nursing staff.
- Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and eating.
- Assist with transfers, ambulation, and positioning of patients.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
Facility pays candidate for training if not certified. Will be at a reduced amount until certified.
Final wage, depending on experience.
