Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) / Nursing Assistant
Location: Brandon, SD
Employment Shift: Full - Time Days (6AM - 2PM or 6AM - 6PM) including every other weekend.
Starting Pay Range: $17.50 - $22.00 per hour Shift Differential. Wage is determined based on years of experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
-Provide light housekeeping and cleaning of resident rooms and equipment.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
- Document care provided and report any changes in resident condition to the nursing staff.
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding as necessary.
- Participate in resident activities and recreational programs.
- Attend to all resident personal hygiene and personal care needs, including but not limited to grooming, hygiene, dining and nutritional needs, mobility, elimination, psychosocial and safety needs.
- Consistently work with all neighborhood team members, led by resident and family preferences to meet the needs and desires of each resident.
Requirements:
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification preferred, but not required.
- Willingness to complete on-the-job training if not certified.
- Compassion, patience, and a desire to work with seniors.
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work the weekend shift and every other weekend.
