Key Responsibilities
- Assist with creating, managing, and updating job postings for open positions.
- Review job applications and resumes to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct phone screenings and interviews to evaluate applicant suitability.
- Select potential candidates to advance in the hiring process and assist with, scheduling orientation.
- Assist with orientation sessions, presenting company policies and procedures to new employees.
- Schedule, attend, and represent the company at job fairs and community events.
- Travel locally to post flyers and build community connections to increase candidate pipelines.
- Collaborate and communicate regularly with the Staffing Department and Client Relations Manager on new hire status and recruitment progress.
- Prior experience in scheduling, customer service, or recruiting.
- Bilingual in Spanish, Somali, or Hmong.
