IHS Worker

Caring LLC provides services to individuals with disabilities and persons aged 65 and older. Caring LLC is looking to hire a Spanish speaking IHS Field Specialist to work with our clients in their homes in Ramsey County for 10 hours per week.

The primary responsibility of the IHS Field Specialist Worker is to provide care to our clients. Job duties include but are not limited to: in-home companionship/care, ensuring the safety and well-being of the client, medication reminders, increasing independent living skills of person served, Community orientation skills, documentation of daily activities, communication regarding concerns of the clients and community, transporting clients within the community.

Experience

Caregiving/Mental Health: 2 years (Required)

QUALIFICATIONS

1. Qualified applicants must be 18 years of age or older.

2. Have a valid Driver's License, proof of insurance, and reliable transportation.

3. A clear DHS Background check.

4. A High School Diploma or higher.

5. For job duties that involve Individualized Home Supports, four years of experience maybe be substituted for a college degree.
