Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team.
- Assist with diagnostic evaluations and provide patient education regarding health management.
- Perform airway management and other emergency procedures as necessary.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Maintain accurate patient records using electronic health record systems such as kinnser.
- Provide support for pain management and occupational health needs.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and workers compensation law..
Requirements
- Valid license in Massachusetts
- 1-2 years of experience
- 1 year of experience in home health care
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the service area
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, PRN, Per diem
Pay: $30.00 - $70.00 per hour
