Caring Hearts Homecare is looking to hire Nurses (RNs & LPNs) for Full-time in REVERE,EVERETT,MALDEN,MEDFORD,EAST BOSTON,WINTHROP, MELROSE,LYNN
Qualifications of a Staff Nurse include:
- A current nursing license in Massachusetts (RN/LPN).
- Hands-on nursing experience as an RN/LPN.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively as an RN.
- Strong interpersonal skills as an RN/LPN.
- Good computer skills.
- Flexibility to travel to cases as assigned as an RN/LPN.
Responsibilities of a Staff Nurse include:
- Provide professional nursing care to clients in their homes as an RN/LPN.
- Assess, evaluate, and teach clients regarding their disease processes and treatments as an RN/LPN.
- Review, implement, and follow the plan of care and perform re-evaluations of the client's care needs as an RN/LPN.
- Provide hands-on nursing care, like administering medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician, as an RN.
- Collaborate with clients’ primary doctors, other providers, and caregivers in care delivery as an RN/LPN.
