The Administrative Coordinator will perform a variety of administrative tasks across multiple software platforms to support an efficient and effective office environment. As the Administrative Coordinator, you will be the first person guests to our organization see or may speak to on the phone, so professionalism is highly valued for this role. The ideal person for this role will enjoy details and organization, learning new software and interacting with others.
Supervisory Responsibilities:

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Answer telephones, greets guests, distribute mail and complete other clerical tasks as needed.
- Assist with data management and tracking using various platforms.
- Assist employees with resolving basic software problems like resetting passwords, assisting with training log-ins, and navigation as needed.
- Perform basic data entry, organization and follow-up tasks for the Human Resources and Accounting Departments.
- Assist the Accounting Department with basic bookkeeping functions.
- Reviews billing statements, invoices, and similar documents for accuracy; alerts supervisory staff of any discrepancies.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Ability to accurately and efficiently enter data into computer software and systems.
- Basic mathematical skills.
- Good verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Ability to learn new software and systems quickly and effectively.
- Ability to effectively switch between multiple responsibilities and manage competing demands.
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma, some college preferred
- Experience in a related position a plus
- Bookkeeping training a plus.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Benefits:
- Wage Range $15.00-$17.00/hour depending on education and experience.
