Position Overview
As the Office Administrator you will support daily administrative and operational functions. Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and operational support across departments
- Assist with coordination of referrals, intakes, and service initiation processes
- Maintain accurate records and ensure documentation meets required standards
- Monitor workflows, timelines, and required actions to support efficient operations
- Communicate with case managers, guardians, and other external partners
- Support organization of electronic and physical filing systems
- Assist with audits, reporting, and process improvement efforts

Qualifications:Required:
You will need to be at least 18 years of age and possess a minimum of a High School Diploma or GED for this position. Additional requirements include:
- 2–5 years of experience in administrative, coordination, or operations roles
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Experience working with electronic health record (EHR) systems or similar platforms
- Knowledge of Medicaid HCBS and SCL services
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Preferred:
- Experience in human services or healthcare settings
- Familiarity with HCBS documentation and compliance requirements
- Experience working with external stakeholders such as case managers and guardians
- Experience with systems such as Therap or similar platforms
