We require all applicants to have at least ONE year of clinical experience as Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). We also require that your CPR/ First Aid is current. Experience with G-Tube is required.

Pay Rate: $30–$40 per hour (based on experience)
Job Description:
We are urgently seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide one-on-one care for a 16-year-old client with a G-tube in Harford County, MD. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful difference in a young person's life.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- G-tube care and management
- Monitoring vital signs and medication administration
- Daily personal care and hygiene
- Maintaining accurate nursing documentation
- Communicating with family and healthcare team
Requirements:
- Active Maryland LPN license
- Minimum of 1 year pediatric experience required
- G-tube experience required
- CPR certification
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Reliable and punctual
