What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lead Caregiver position at Caring Friends in Home Care?
The list below outlines some of the responsibilities that are required in the Lead Caregiver position. This list is not a complete list of duties, as they may evolve or change as the company changes.
- The Lead Caregiver is the first to be offered up to 40 hours per week if you are available. These hours are not guaranteed.
- You must be available to work the hours set by your Site Coordinator unless time off is approved prior to the week. Normal hours are 8am-5pm. Some evenings and weekends may be requested.
- Leads will represent the company in a professional manner always following policies and procedures set forth.
- Report client changes that are discovered during rounding to your Site Coordinator when you become aware of these changes.
- You may be asked to assist with marketing or recruiting events as directed by your Site Coordinator.
- Lead Caregivers may resume Caregiver role if circumstances allow and would resume their original pay as caregiver.
