Our process includes personalized consultations with a local Site Coordinator to assess needs, address concerns, and match clients with skilled caregivers. We maintain regular communication, supervisory visits, and provide ongoing caregiver training to ensure exceptional care. Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lincoln, NE, for a Caregiver. The Caregiver will assist clients with daily living activities such as meal preparation, personal hygiene, light housekeeping, and mobility support. Responsibilities also include providing companionship, medication reminders, and monitoring the safety and well-being of clients. Caregivers will work closely with clients and their families to ensure the highest quality of personalized care, following the guidance of the Site Coordinator and care plans.

Qualifications

• Experience in assisting with personal care tasks including hygiene, grooming, and mobility
• Knowledge and ability to perform light housekeeping, meal preparation, and errands
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to provide emotional support and companionship
• Ability to adhere to care plans and follow instructions from the Site Coordinator and family members
• Physical capability to perform caregiving tasks, including lifting and transferring clients
• Basic knowledge of safety procedures and medication reminders
• Previous caregiving experience preferred, but not mandatory
• CPR and First Aid certification is a plus
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are highly desirable
