Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care and supervision to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met
Oversee the daily operations of the nursing department, including staffing, scheduling, and delegation of tasks
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient records and communicate effectively with family members and healthcare providers
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain a safe and clean environment for our residents
Assist with medication management, wound care, and other specialized treatments as needed
