About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant CNA or CMA Medication Aide to join our experienced team of healthcare professionals. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to our residents. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Providing personal care and hygiene support to our residents

Provide direct patient care to assigned residents
Monitor and report resident conditions and concerns to the nursing team
Participate in care conferences and contribute to the development of individualized care plans
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Requirements
Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Certified Medication Aide (CMA)
High school diploma or equivalent required
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred
Ability to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds
