Key Responsibilities
- Assess patients accurately based on their medical conditions.
- Administer medications as prescribed and perform treatments using technical skills.
- Develop and evaluate patient and family teaching plans.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care.
- Address psychosocial needs and coordinate post-discharge support.
- Practice cost-effective care and promote patient safety.
- Prioritize patient care effectively and engage in continuous learning.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Computer literate.
- Valid RN licensure and BLS certification within 14 days of hire.
- Preferred certifications include ACLS/PALS.
