Responsibilities
This position requires one male staff member to conduct observed urine analyses for male residents, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements.

Responsibilities
- Provide supervision, support, and positive role modeling to residents.
- Build professional relationships while maintaining boundaries.
- Observe, document, and report resident behaviors and progress.
- Support residents in achieving treatment goals and respond to emergencies.
- Monitor and administer medications, conduct urinalysis, and facilitate educational groups.
- Assist with daily activities such as meal prep, housekeeping, and transportation.
- Maintain confidentiality and communicate professionally.
- Attend meetings and perform additional duties as needed.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to pass background and medical clearances.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to maintain professional boundaries.
- Experience in substance use treatment, behavioral health, or related fields.
- College coursework in Social Work, Psychology, or Human Services.
- Completion of DHS 83 training or willingness to obtain it.
