- Provide comprehensive care for women and newborns in a community hospital setting.
- Perform assessments, fetal monitoring, administer medications, and deliver patient education.
- Support labor, delivery, postpartum, and women’s health needs.
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to ensure safe, evidence-based practices.
- Contribute to quality improvement and safety initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
- Support families through birth, recovery, and postnatal care in a patient-centered, team-oriented environment.
- Active Registered Nurse license.
- Experience or knowledge in women’s health and labor/delivery care preferred.
- Strong teamwork, communication, and patient education skills.
- Commitment to safe, quality, and evidence-based nursing practice.
