We are seeking a Certified Medical Assistant to provide patient support and administrative duties in a healthcare setting.

- Greeting patients and visitors with courtesy and professionalism
- Answering calls, screening, directing, and documenting communications
- Issuing and reviewing patient forms, providing instructions, and verifying information
- Checking in patients, updating records, and collecting identification and insurance details
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment and lobby
- Tracking daily metrics and confirming appointments
- Ensuring timely return of calls and documenting interactions in patient charts
- Safeguarding patient confidentiality and safety per HIPAA and OSHA standards
- High school diploma or GED
- Certification as CMA, RMA, CCMA, NCMA, or CMAA (or willingness to certify within 6 months)
- At least three years of direct patient care experience
- Exceptional customer service and critical thinking skills
- Ability to operate office equipment and defuse tense situations
- Valid Driver's License
- Frequent standing, bending, walking, sitting
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
