Requirements
Position Overview
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN).
- Current RN license for the state of practice or compact licensure, meeting all state board requirements.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or completion within 30 days of hire.
- Additional certifications such as ACLS, PALS, NRP, ENPC, TNCC, and others may be required or preferred based on the department.
- Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs, and perform prolonged standing, walking, reaching, bending, kneeling, and twisting.
- Provide patient-focused care, collaborate with healthcare teams, and uphold patient rights and confidentiality.
