Registered Nurse - Float Pool

We are seeking a dedicated RN Float Pool – Critical Care to join our dynamic healthcare team in Thornwood, NY. In this role, you will provide high-quality nursing care across various critical care units, ensuring patient safety and optimal outcomes.

Responsibilities Include

• Assessing patient conditions and developing individualized care plans
• Administering medications, treatments, and interventions per physician orders
• Monitoring vital signs and responding promptly to changes in patient status
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
• Educating patients and families about their conditions and care plans
• Documenting all patient interactions accurately and thoroughly
