Registered Nurse (RN) – Critical Care Float Pool

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Critical Care Float Pool in Port Chester, NY. In this role, you will provide high-quality, compassionate nursing care across various critical care units, adapting quickly to different clinical environments and patient needs.

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in accordance with hospital policies and standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive care plans for critically ill patients.
• Respond swiftly to emergency situations, demonstrating strong critical thinking and clinical skills.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient conditions, treatments, and progress.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols, infection control standards, and patient rights.
