Join a dedicated healthcare team as an Operating Room RN – First Assistant, utilizing the nursing process to deliver exceptional patient care and ensure professional accountability.

Responsibilities include

  • coordinating patient care with other departments
  • upholding patient rights and confidentiality
  • providing leadership, guidance, and evaluation of caregiving staff
  • embodying organizational mission, values, and standards


    • Qualifications:

    • Current RN license or permit in Missouri
    • Minimum 2 years intraoperative experience as scrub and circulating nurse, 3 years preferred
    • Certifications: BLS/ACLS within 1 year, CNOR & RN-First Assistant within 1 year (preferred certifications include CNOR, CRNFA)
    • BSN preferred


    • Key skills: surgical nursing, leadership, collaboration, confidentiality, adherence to standards.
