- Provide high-quality, evidence-based care to acutely ill patients.
- Perform continuous patient assessment, cardiac and telemetry monitoring.
- Administer IV medications and deliver post-operative care for progressive care/step-down patients.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Educate patients and families to promote understanding and engagement in care.
- Support a culture of compassion, teamwork, and clinical excellence.
- Registered Nurse licensure.
- Experience in cardiac, telemetry, or step-down units preferred.
- Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and educate patients and families.
