- 72 college credits or equivalent, or a high school diploma with a Washington State Paraeducator Certificate or passing assessment scores.
- Proficiency in English and U.S. work authorization.
- Prior experience with children or individuals with special needs is preferred.
- Ability to be active on your feet, lift up to 20 lbs, and respond quickly.
- Preferred experience in special education, behavioral techniques, and CPR certification.
- Hourly pay of $25-$28, paid weekly.
