- Graduate from an accredited Nursing program
- Current RN license
- 3-5 years hospital nursing experience
- Certification in healthcare provider skills (e.g., AHA)
- Clinical competence in patient care
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Nursing
