What you’ll do
- Manage daily bookkeeping tasks including accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Prepare and maintain financial reports, utilizing your knowledge of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) to uphold compliance.
- Perform bank reconciliations, balance sheet reconciliations, and general ledger accounting to ensure precise financial tracking.
- Process payroll efficiently while adhering to all relevant regulations and deadlines.
- Assist in budget preparation and account analysis, providing insights that drive informed decision-making.
- Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks and Bill.com Integrations to streamline financial processes and enhance reporting capabilities.
- Maintain organized records of journal entries, debits & credits, and other essential financial documentation.
- Collaborate with the HOA board and management team to support administrative functions and enhance community engagement.
Basic qualifications
- Proficient in double-entry bookkeeping with a strong understanding of financial concepts.
- Experience in corporate or non-profit accounting is highly desirable.
- Experience with Bank Fee utilization.
- Experience with operating/fund accounting.
- Experience in Customer Relation skills.
