Job Overview
Caribbean Pools is seeking a dependable, experienced, motivated Repair Technician who is comfortable with outdoor, hands-on work. This is a full-time position servicing around the greater Naples, FL area Monday-Friday. Our main objective is to provide consistent, top-notch pool services to our customers.

Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair issues with pool equipment; including pumps, filters, heaters, timers, sanitizers and automation systems
- Replace or repair defective components such as valves, motors, seals and lights
- Perform leak detection and repair in plumbing
- Troubleshoot and fix pool automation systems and electrical components
- Identify signs of wear, damage or unsafe conditions in pool surfaces or systems
- Communicate clearly with customers about repairs needed, performed or pending
- Stay current with industry standards, products and repair techniques through training
- Identify equipment models and part numbers for replacement
- Use mobile apps or service software to track jobs and update work orders (Skimmer)
- Performs related duties as assigned
Essential Skills and Experience
- Proficient pool repair experience
- Knowledge of pool equipment (pumps, filters, heaters, sanitizers, automation systems)
- Understanding of pool plumbing and leak detection
- Ability to manage customer expectations and provide timely updates
- Valid US Driver’s License
- Clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Ability to swim proficiently
- Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently
- Familiarity with water chemistry and balancing pool chemicals is preferred but not required
- Previously performed route-based pool cleaning is preferred but not required
