Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Bookkeeper role based in Palmetto Bay, FL. The Bookkeeper will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing and maintaining financial statements, recording and reconciling journal entries, and utilizing accounting software to handle daily bookkeeping tasks. The role also includes monitoring the company’s financial transactions and ensuring compliance with financial regulations and accuracy in recordkeeping.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Financial Statements and Finance-related practices
- well experienced with QuickBooks Online
- Experience with Bookkeeping and creating accurate Journal Entries
- Knowledge of Accounting Software and ability to manage financial tools effectively
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements
- Associate’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Relevant experience in bookkeeping or finance roles is preferred
