About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Support Specialist to assist with customer inquiries, documentation, and day-to-day support for our export and logistics operations. The ideal candidate must be able to communicate fluently in Polish and Ukrainian to support our diverse customer base.
Responsibilities:
- Provide daily customer support via phone, email, and in-person communication.
- Assist with export documentation, scheduling, and shipment updates.
- Communicate with drivers, customers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Enter and update information in internal systems accurately.
- Resolve customer questions with a professional, helpful attitude.
- Support dispatch and documentation teams as needed.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Polish (required).
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Experience in logistics, export documentation, or a fast-paced operations environment preferred.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.
- Reliable transportation to work at the Indianapolis office.
Schedule & Compensation:
- Full-time, Monday–Friday
