Position Summary
The Financial Reporting Manager will support enterprise-wide financial reporting, consolidation, and compliance activities across CIG’s diversified portfolio, including CIG Energy, CIG Renewables, US Modules, and Magnifica (Resorts, Residences, and Magnifica Air). This role ensures accurate, timely consolidated reporting for the family office and its operating entities, maintains financial controls, and supports strategic decision-making for a rapidly scaling, multi-industry asset platform.
This person will partner closely with operations, development, manufacturing, and project-finance teams to ensure reporting integrity across energy assets, solar manufacturing (US Modules), and hospitality/aviation verticals.

Location: Windermere FL, this is an in office position
Key Responsibilities
Corporate & Consolidated Reporting
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements across all CIG entities (energy, manufacturing, real estate, hospitality, aviation).
- Maintain reporting calendars and deliverables for internal leadership, auditors, tax partners, and banking/financing institutions.
- Produce variance analyses, management reporting packages, and executive dashboards.
Technical Accounting & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal policies.
- Support implementation of new accounting standards relevant to manufacturing, long-lived assets, aviation operations, and energy project development.
- Maintain internal controls for multi-entity operations, including project-based accounting and intercompany eliminations.
Project & Investment Reporting
- Support reporting for large-scale solar project development and asset operations (IPP model: CIG Energy).
- Track and report on capital projects including US Modules facility expansions, equipment purchases, and Magnifica Air fleet acquisition plans.
- Provide financial reporting inputs for lenders, tax equity, and structured finance partners.
Cross-Functional Support
- Work closely with Jaclyn and senior leadership on financial analysis to support decision-making.
- Support budgeting/forecasting processes across all operating verticals.
- Assist with system integration and process automation as the enterprise scales.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred).
- 5–8 years of accounting/reporting experience; mix of public accounting and industry preferred.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and multi-entity consolidation.
- Experience with at least one of the following sectors: manufacturing, energy, infrastructure, aviation, or hospitality.
- Exceptional analytical and communication skills; ability to work in a fast-scaling, entrepreneurial environment.
- Strong systems experience (ERP, consolidation tools, Excel modeling).
