Overview

We are seeking a highly polished, discreet, and organized Personal Assistant to support the Founder and Co-Founder of CIG Companies across personal, household, lifestyle, and travel operations. This role requires impeccable judgment, a proactive mindset, and the ability to manage complex schedules, multiple moving parts, and sensitive tasks with precision and care.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree, experience supporting high-net-worth individuals or executives, and thrives in a fast-moving, dynamic environment.

What You’ll Do

• Manage complex calendars, scheduling, personal appointments, and household obligations

• Oversee logistics with vendors, household staff, contractors, and service providers

• Coordinate domestic and international travel, itineraries, reservations, and logistics

• Assist with errands, personal tasks, special projects, and family-related support

• Prepare itineraries, confirmations, documentation, and organized workflows

• Travel with the principals as needed

• Maintain confidentiality and protect sensitive personal and family information

Must-Have Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, Hospitality, Administration, PR, or related field

• 3–5 years supporting executives, founders, or high-net-worth households

• Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)

• Strong organization, multitasking, and prioritization abilities

• High discretion and impeccable confidentiality

• Calm problem-solver with a solutions-first mindset

• Tech-proficient and highly resourceful

• Able to work weekends, evenings, and travel when required
