Carex is partnering with a manufacturing industry partner to hire a Laboratory Technician for an onsite role based in Roswell, GA. This role offers flexible scheduling between 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Monday through Thursday, with the option to work either 8- or 10-hour days. This is a 1-year assignment with a strong likelihood of extension through 2026.

What You’ll Do

• Perform basic quality assurance procedures, including standard analyses on samples in a laboratory setting.
• Accurately document results in compliance with site-specific quality and regulatory requirements.
• Be trained on and conduct standard materials properties test methods, including but not limited to weight, thickness, and strength.
• Compile and summarize test data using Excel and/or other quality documentation systems.
  
  
  

What You’ll Bring

• High School Diploma with a minimum of 2 years of laboratory experience is required; 4 or more years of experience is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or 2–5 years of equivalent lab experience.
• Familiarity with standard laboratory equipment and materials testing methods.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to document processes and results thoroughly and accurately.
• Proficiency with Excel and comfort working within documentation systems in a regulated environment.
