What You’ll Do
- Gather, analyze, and document detailed business and functional requirements for IT projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate, prioritize, and implement technology solutions.
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate system functionality.
- Track and manage defects, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication with development teams.
- Translate technical concepts for business stakeholders and business needs for technical teams.
- Utilize tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and test automation platforms for managing requirements and QA activities.
- Support implementation efforts with user training and documentation.
- Ensure regulatory, security, and interoperability standards are met through detailed validation.
- Communicate project updates, risks, and outcomes in clear, accessible language to stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records to support audits, reporting, and continuous improvement.
- Support change readiness efforts for new systems and enhancements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in Business Analysis and/or Quality Assurance.
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies, as well as software development lifecycle practices.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with test planning, execution, and defect tracking.
- Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, and test automation platforms.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
- Preferred certifications include CBAP, ISTQB, or similar QA/business analysis credentials.
- Ability to travel up to 10% within the U.S
