What You’ll Do
- Rapidly develop new products and features across a growing product suite.
- Collaborate closely with design, product, and engineering teams through tight iteration loops.
- Operate within a small, accountable team that emphasizes autonomy and high standards.
- Bring a leadership mindset to improving team processes, elevating code quality, and mentoring peers.
- Build and maintain end-to-end functionality using TypeScript, React/Next.js, PostgreSQL, and tRPC.
- Work with fellow engineers to migrate legacy Go-based systems into a unified TypeScript architecture.
- Participate in architectural decisions and establish best practices for scalability and maintainability.
- Practice transparent and honest communication.
- Contribute to automation of compliance workflows using data and AI tools.
- Integrate modern AI tools and LLMs to enhance development efficiency and product intelligence.
- 3–6 years of full-stack development experience, or significant demonstrable output in less time.
- Expertise in TypeScript, with strong proficiency in React/Next.js and backend development with Node.js.
- Experience working with PostgreSQL and ORMs like Drizzle.
- Solid understanding of API design, including tRPC or GraphQL.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms such as Vercel or AWS.
- Proven ability to thrive in high-speed, high-responsibility settings.
- A relentless drive to learn fast, build well, and exceed expectations.
- Strong sense of product ownership and empathy for end users, including regular engagement with customer workflows.
