What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with referring providers, discharge planners, and care sites to drive patient referrals.
- Develop and execute high-impact call plans to increase patient volume through progressive and strategic outreach.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on clinical services and patient populations to effectively educate referral partners.
- Coordinate local market outreach activities with operations teams and facilitate clinician-to-clinician educational events.
- Represent the partner organization at local conferences and industry events to expand brand awareness.
- Track and document outreach activities, referral patterns, and key touchpoints using Salesforce.
- Operate with integrity while adhering to organizational policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in healthcare.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Proven ability to engage stakeholders and influence referral behavior through data-driven strategies.
- Highly self-motivated with a goal-oriented approach and strong organizational skills.
- Comfort in hybrid work environments, including virtual engagement and regular in-person visits.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and the ability to travel locally, with occasional overnight stays.
- Experience working with diverse populations and a demonstrated commitment to equity and inclusion.
