CareWell Urgent Care Centers provide trusted neighborhood urgent care for all ages with experienced providers available seven days a week. We offer fast, caring, and affordable medical services for injuries, illnesses, vacation care, vaccinations, and physicals. Our centers treat common conditions such as cold, flu, infections, fractures, cuts, bites, rashes, nose bleeds, allergic reactions, chronic conditions and skin issues.
This is a part-time remote role for a Customer Service Representative. The Customer Service Representative will handle day-to-day tasks such as assisting customers with inquiries, providing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing the overall customer experience. The role involves responding to customer communications, solving issues, and maintaining records of customer interactions.

- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Familiarity with medical terminology and healthcare systems is a plus
