Client Success Manager

The ideal candidate will work closely with hospital personnel ranging from the Executive level to the end users. The position will provide training on product usage to achieve hospital goals and establish results. Position will be responsible for the proper maintenance and functionality of the CareView equipment at each assigned facility. The ideal candidate should have experience working in a hospital/healthcare environment. A background in nursing, nursing support, healthcare sales, and/or customer service is desirable. Occasional weekend and evening work, along with some travel, may be required (contingent on the market).

Job Overview:

Client Success Managers are highly involved in implementation with new clients and responsible for managing relationships with existing clients. This includes installation planning, workflow consultation, product use optimization, customer education, ongoing client support, and system maintenance. The ideal candidate will work closely with hospital personnel ranging from the Executive level to the end users. The position will provide training on product usage to achieve hospital goals and establish results. The position will be responsible for the proper maintenance and functionality of the CareView equipment at each assigned facility. The ideal candidate should have experience working in a hospital/healthcare environment. A background in nursing, nursing support, healthcare sales, and/or customer service is desirable. Occasional weekend and evening work, along with some travel, may be required (contingent on the market).

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Build working relationships with hospital personnel on an ongoing basis
  • Provide customer relations support to hospital personnel whenever required
  • Communicate with administration, employees, and other departments to coordinate efforts, facilitate solutions, and address any concerns
  • Ability to train hospital staff and create learning plans on CareView products
  • Possesses presentation skills for presenting new products, services, and applications
  • Interact at a technical level with both CareView corporate staff and hospital staff
  • Comfortable at working independently while supporting hospital staff related to all CareView services
  • Ability to work unsupervised in a fluid work environment while assisting hospital staff related to client support
  • Ability to handle onsite light technical support activities related to CareView services
  • Provide when requested onsite software reporting for hospital personnel related to CareView products
  • Availability to travel to hospital locations on an ongoing basis - *extent of travel depends on the territory
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities):

  • 1 year of experience working as an LPN, LVN, CMA, or have other hospital experience.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience working in a client support role
  • Effective listening and communication skills in client driven environment
  • Demonstrate proficiency in typing, grammar, and internal communication tools
  • Ability to work in a team orientated environment
  • Previous technical support experience within a client support environment

Preferred (not required) experience:

  • Previous management experience is beneficial

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree

Work Environment:

  • Able to stand for extended periods while assisting hospital staff
  • Able to handle all physical requirements related to the role
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Must pass a criminal background check and drug test
  • Must be able to pass an MVR test (Motor Vehicle Reports)
  • Must maintain required and appropriate hospital/institutional credentials (Including vaccinations and safety training)
  • Must pass HIPAA compliance test
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
  • Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
  • Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand
  • Hybrid
  • Location: Various hospitals within your territory
  • Travel: Up to 75%, extent of travel depends on the territory

Pay: $70,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
