Client Success Manager

Job Requirements

Your day-to-day activity may look like :

• Managing daily reports
• Analyzing and identifying issues with lender accounts
• Responding to lender inquiries and requests
• Reviewing account updates
• Working with our account managers to understand the needs of the team
• Assisting Sales Account Managers in business development
• Identifying optimization opportunities

To be a strong fit for this role, you should possess the following skills:

• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects at one time
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• You would describe yourself as “Internet savvy”
• A critical thinker and able to problem-solve
• Ability to wear many different hats

Bonus if you have experience in:

• The lending and/or mortgage vertical
• Hands-on experience with various online affiliate and referral models (including CPA, CPC, CPL, and CPM)
• A strong track record of monitoring and analyzing trends and patterns from online marketing efforts.

Education

• A Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent years of relevant experience) is preferred.

Compensation

• $40,000-$100,000 plus bonus
