We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Seasonal Kennel Assistant to join our team at CareVet of Columbus, OH. The ideal candidate will assist with daily kennel operations, ensuring a clean and safe environment for all animals in our care.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize animal cages and kennel areas regularly.
• Perform laundry duties including washing and folding bedding and towels.
• Scan and maintain accurate animal charts and records.
• Assist with mild restraining of animals during routine care and handling.
• Support kennel staff with general tasks as needed to maintain smooth operations.

Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with laundry and cleaning duties.
• Ability to clean and maintain cages thoroughly.
• Familiarity with scanning and managing charts or records.
• Comfortable with mild animal restraining techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
