- Greeting clients and patients with warmth and professionalism
- Answering phones and managing client communication
- Scheduling appointments and coordinating daily workflow
- Checking patients in and out
- Processing payments and maintaining accurate records
- Communicating clearly with doctors and support staff
- Assisting clients with questions, prescriptions, and follow-up care
- Managing electronic medical records, appointment scheduling systems, and digital client communication efficiently and accurately
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of reception areas
- Supporting teammates and helping where needed throughout the hospital
- Helping create a positive and collaborative work environment
