Your Role as an Associate Veterinarian

This is a hands-on clinical role designed for an experienced veterinarian who values autonomy, efficiency, and a team-oriented environment.

In this role, you will provide comprehensive medical care for small animal patients, build lasting client relationships, and collaborate closely with fellow veterinarians and support staff on case management and treatment plans.

You’ll be working alongside two experienced veterinarians who value collaboration and high-quality medicine, allowing for a supportive environment while still maintaining your independence in practice.

This is an ideal opportunity for a veterinarian looking for a stable, well-run hospital where you can practice confidently and focus on delivering excellent patient care.

What It’s Like to Practice Here

Bedford Veterinary Medical Centre is a well-established small animal practice built around consistency, efficiency, and a respectful team culture. Our doctors are trusted to practice medicine thoughtfully, with the time and support to deliver excellent care while maintaining a strong and sustainable pace of practice.

You’ll be supported by experienced technicians and staff who understand workflow and value teamwork, creating an environment where you can focus on patient care without unnecessary stress.

We prioritize appropriate appointment pacing, thorough case workups, collaborative medicine, and predictable scheduling that supports work-life balance. The environment is stable, supportive, and genuinely enjoyable to be part of day in and day out.
