Title: Oracle HCM Cloud Manager Location: : Newark, NJ 07102(Hybrid) Duration: Long Term Job Description – Lead multiple full lifecycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations from planning to go-live.Provide strong functional expertise across Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, and Absence modules.Conduct requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, and as-is/to-be process design.Prepare solution blueprints, design processes, and deliver product walkthroughs and training.Configure Oracle HCM Cloud modules and coordinate design with functional leads.Facilitate workshops, lead business discussions, and drive key decisions.Manage project tasks, timelines, deliverables, financials, and risks/issues.Support data conversion activities and guide testing cycles, including test case creation and execution.Demonstrate solutions via POCs/CRPs and secure business sign-off.Oversee deployment planning, cutover activities, and post-go-live support.Ensure best-practice process adoption and provide advisory guidance to client teams.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality project outcomes.Preferred: Years Oracle HCM Cloud experience, years consulting, full lifecycle implementations, and Oracle Cloud certification.
