Title: Business Analyst

Note: Candidate need to work onsite at least one day every week in Richmond, VA and onsite interview required.
Skill Required:
Provide responsive support to EHR users across Local Health Districts.
Triage, troubleshoot, and escalate issues appropriately.
Monitor and maintain key EHR workflows, processes, and procedures.
Engage with stakeholders to understand operational needs, evaluate current EHR capabilities, identify gaps, and recommend effective alternative.
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for system enhancements.
Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, and other Agile documentation as needed.
Support functional, integration, and user acceptance testing.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional technical, clinical, and business teams.
Produce clear user documentation, job aids, and training materials.
Experience providing application support, preferably in healthcare environments.
Experience participating in structured testing cycles.
Proficiency with MS Office, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint.
Experience supporting or implementing EHR systems.
Knowledge of Oracle Health / Cerner platforms and public health workflows.
Support Go-Live Related Activities.
