CarePine Home Health is seeking compassionate Occupational Therapists to provide one-on-one care throughout Pompano Beach, Fort Lauderdale, Sunrise, Hollywood.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ strength, coordination, endurance, mobility, and self-care abilities
• Assess home environments and recommend safety modifications or adaptive equipment
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with measurable goals
• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve ADL performance and independence
• Fabricate splints and provide adaptive, prosthetic, and orthotic training as needed
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on treatment plans and progress
• Communicate patient updates with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
• Participate in care coordination, case conferences, and discharge planning

Qualifications

• Current Florida Occupational Therapist license
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Minimum 1 year of clinical OT experience
• Home health experience preferred, but not required
• Strong knowledge of ADL training, adaptive equipment, and home safety
• CPR/BLS certification
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
