CarePine Home Health is seeking compassionate Occupational Therapists to provide one-on-one care throughout Pompano Beach, Fort Lauderdale, Sunrise, Hollywood.

Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients’ strength, coordination, endurance, mobility, and self-care abilities
- Assess home environments and recommend safety modifications or adaptive equipment
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with measurable goals
- Provide therapeutic interventions to improve ADL performance and independence
- Fabricate splints and provide adaptive, prosthetic, and orthotic training as needed
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers on treatment plans and progress
- Communicate patient updates with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
- Participate in care coordination, case conferences, and discharge planning

Qualifications
- Current Florida Occupational Therapist license
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Minimum 1 year of clinical OT experience
- Home health experience preferred, but not required
- Strong knowledge of ADL training, adaptive equipment, and home safety
- CPR/BLS certification
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
