The Culinary Service Director will be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Well versed in purchasing systems, menu programs and software and be able to read and understand financial reports associated with the Dietary Department
- Possess a thorough knowledge of and commitment to meet the federal, state and local regulations.
- Partner with the other members of the team to meet the nutritional needs of the residents and to provide services for special events and the daily activity programs.
Position Requirements:
- ServSafe certified,
- 2 years' experience as a Food/Culinary Service Director in a long term care/ sub-acute environment
- Desire to serve others is necessary.
- Certified Dietary Manager preferred
