Caregiver – Waterford, MI Opportunity
CareOne Senior Care is seeking a compassionate and reliable caregiver for a part-time position supporting a client in the Waterford area. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys providing one-on-one care in a structured environment.
Schedule
Monday–Sunday
10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
5:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Consistent shifts available for dependable caregivers.
Position Overview
The caregiver will provide companionship and daily support to a client who benefits from routine, structure, and assistance with everyday tasks. This is a one-on-one care assignment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide companionship and emotional support
Assist with light housekeeping and laundry
Prepare meals as needed
Support with daily routines and activities
Assist with transportation when required
Maintain a safe and supportive environment
Requirements
Must be at least 18 years old
Valid driver’s license required (must be comfortable driving client’s vehicle if needed)
Reliable transportation and active auto insurance
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Ability to follow care plans and instructions
Physically able to assist with light activity (up to 25 lbs)
Must pass background screening
TB test required (can be completed after hire)
Reliable phone for scheduling and communication
Compensation & Benefits
$14–$16/hour (up to $20/hour for specialty cases)
Next-day pay option available
$150 referral bonus (no limit)
Mileage reimbursement for client-related driving
