We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our team. The Recruiter will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring PCA/CNA/LPN/RN medical staff to meet Caremaster's staffing needs. This role involves managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates
Post job openings on job boards and career pages
Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates
Conduct phone, virtual, and in-person interviews
Coordinate interviews
Perform reference and background checks
Maintain candidate pipelines
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements
Stay updated on what the current needs of the care coordinators
Qualifications:
Proven experience in recruiting or talent acquisition
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and manage multiple hiring processes
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Reliable transportation, and punctuality
Preferred Skills:
Experience using recruiting tools (e.g., Zip recruiter, really)
Knowledge of hiring practices
Strong communication and decision-making skills
Team oriented mindset
Able to utilize Microsoft Office products
