Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our team. The Recruiter will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring PCA/CNA/LPN/RN medical staff to meet Caremaster's staffing needs. This role involves managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates

• Post job openings on job boards and career pages

• Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates

• Conduct phone, virtual, and in-person interviews

• Coordinate interviews

• Perform reference and background checks

• Maintain candidate pipelines

• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements

• Stay updated on what the current needs of the care coordinators

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in recruiting or talent acquisition

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to multitask and manage multiple hiring processes

• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS)

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Reliable transportation, and punctuality

Preferred Skills:

• Experience using recruiting tools (e.g., Zip recruiter, really)

• Knowledge of hiring practices

• Strong communication and decision-making skills

• Team oriented mindset

• Able to utilize Microsoft Office products

Work Environment:
